You did the right thing when you reported your account had been compromised.

When they were notified of this, LL put your account on administrative hold while they investigate.  They need to find out what the other person did with your account, return stolen $L, and also determine if you were at fault in any way.

When they have completed their investigation, you'll either get your account back or they will ban that account from Second Life.  In either case, there's nothing you can do about it except wait patiently.
