first my avatar was haacked then i could re-get it again ihave sent a ticket to the linden lab of what happened then after 14 minutes i have putted on admnsitraitve hold then they asked about some informations i have sent it to them but then till now "in progress" and i need the avatar i have asked them several times that i need my avatar back i can't wait all this time but nothing they said i must wait  but i need know a specefic time or what to do :S so angriable for doing something like tha i need  know at least a reason of putting on hold...

You did the right thing when you reported your account had been compromised.

When they were notified of this, LL put your account on administrative hold while they investigate.  They need to find out what the other person did with your account, return stolen $L, and also determine if you were at fault in any way.

When they have completed their investigation, you'll either get your account back or they will ban that account from Second Life.  In either case, there's nothing you can do about it except wait patiently.
