Hello. I need to know why I am being charged for a 4069 parcel, when I only have a 1024 parcel. TY!

Do you have a linden home?

Check your land holdings. You can find them on your dashboard, on the main SL site. It should be under Land Manager. See what LL thinks you own. If you are even one square meter above 1024, you will be charged for the next size up. However, that is a large jump - it seems to have skipped a tier, so it seems you own more land than you think you do. Have you ever owned land in the past? Are you sure you abandoned it properly? Again, check Land Manager for the total land you own, and if you still can't figure it out, call billing:

Phedra,

This will happen if during the past month you owned even 1 square meter above the 2048 sqm level of mainland. Your Land Use Fees level is automatically raised to the maximum sqm owned in the payment measuring period. Unfortunately, this automatic feature does not automatically lower your Land Use Fees level when you eliminate land from your holdings. You have to do this yourself.

Mind you, even if you had lowered this setting after disposing of the excess land, your prior month charge will be the highest square meter owned Land Use Fee that was measured in that period. Your next months LUF will be the new level in the following month.

P.S. The only way this gets set is 1) If you purchase mainland that pushes you into the next Land Tier Level and 2) if you select this level manually.
