My viewer flickers.. It flickers between a black screen (not responding) and normal,Help me!!

Its reached the point that l cant do anything at all. Because it flickers so much. I've tried a clean reinstall and even tried other viewers, But its all the same thing. Can anyone help me out here?? :(

I think the problem is, basically, your computer.  Your processor and graphics card are very marginal for running Second Life, I'm afraid.  Besides getting a new computer, about the only thing you can try is to set your graphics preferences on the lowest settings.  Decrease your draw distance, turn off Advanced Lighting Model and shadows.
