Enhance your sky with Natural clouds

Is it alright to ask a question here about windlight clouds and water?   When standing under water and using ctrl+shift+alt+7 to derender the water, a blue fog still exists.  Haven't checked of fog distance effects this yet, but it seams to be effected by the windlight setting both sky and water, but not entirely.  I wish to not have any underwater fog, is this possible?  I have asked in a few places, but no joy as yet.  I want to go trail riding on what with a quick keyboard shortcht becomes the Blake Desart but without the blue fog.  TIA and have a blessed day, everyone.
