It sounds like she has already done all the right things.  Now she waits.  It will take a few days -- maybe a week -- for LL to investigate and see if they can find out how her account was compromised and whether there are still things to worry about.  When Linden Lab is sure that they have finished cleaning up her account and chasing down the bad guy, they'll let her know.
