administartive hold on an account

a friends account has been placed on administartive hold it looks like she made a mistake in market place how can her account be ractivated ??

She'll have to follow the instructions that she got by e-mail from Linden Lab.  An administrative hold in that context usually means that she didn't have enough money in her account to pay some recurring bills -- land fees, for example -- so Linden Lab has frozen the account for all purchases until she puts more money in it.  The e-mail will have more specific instructions, though.  If it hasn't come, she should check her e-mail's spam filter or either contact Live Chat or submit a support case.
