can the video card AMD Atholon HD 3200 windows 8 be uninstalled and a 9200 version re installed?

I have a Windows 8 with AMD Atholon HD 3200 gaphics card ... found out it not campatible with SL is there anything I can do besides buy a new cumputer? Like uninstall and re install a better card.

if i'm right that is a onboard laptop graphics, so the answer to upgrade is in fact... no sorry
