getting premium gives the benefits as mentioned at the premium website now. Old benefits won't get restored.

You'll get L$300 per week, the same as anyone else who signs up for or upgrades to Premium today.  If you had upgraded to Premium before July 21, 2006 -- more than two years before you joined as a Basic member -- then you could have been getting L$500/week for the past nine years.  Too late now.
