You probably can't.  Your computer meets the mimumum system requirements for SL, but doesn't have a true graphics card, as recommended.  The built-in Intel chip is probably not capable of handling the high to ultra quality graphics settings where you will find hardware skinning.

You'll not be able to get much more than the very lowest graphics support for Second Life using that graphics chipset. It doesn't matter what settings you manually try to turn on, this system can not render advanced graphics options for you. This is very old graphics technology and was only meant to be used for Business Graphics support.

If your PC can handle it, a new Graphics Card is indicated if you want better graphics.
