Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and new to building so please be patient with me. I am building my very first ever house (just a square thing). One wall is brick on the bottom and then has an upper part that is triangular where the roof sits. How can I texture that triangle with bricks without having them warp?

Hello Cassey :)

Assuming you did it with regular prims,
you probably used Taper (X: 1,00 /or/ Y: 1,00) to get the triangle.
Prim torture made by "Taper" results a deformation of the texture.

Here is the solution: instead of using Taper, cut the cube like this:
Path cut  Begin/End => B: 0,500 / E: 0,750

You'll get a triangle, but this time the texture will not be warped :)
