My listings on the Marketplace that keep getting changed to the *used* category ? Why ?

I have listed some items on the Marketplace that keep getting changed to the used category ? Why ? Granted they are out of past and currently running gachas, but I havent opened anything that I am selling ..it's all my "extras". I did my best to group them into the appropritate catagory not sure why they keep getting changed. 

For example ... Doe: Rummy Hair ..its a long hair with horns comes with a color hud ... So listed it in Women's long hairs...next day ..it says under category *Used Items*. That would be appropriate if I had indeed opened the gacha box ..but I haven't :P

....... Anyone know why this would be happening ? 

 

 

Please LL set up a gacha category !!!!!!!
