Problem with viewing movies

Be sure you have the latest flash drivers installed.  I assume you are talking about media that is streamed through the land as opposed to media on a prim or shared media.

If you have the latest drivers, we need more information to help you.  Do you have media enabled in your preferences?  What happens when you try to watch a move?  Nothing, do you get a white screen then nothing? Please be more specific.
