Where can I find a sim with a horse I can ride?

when you want a ridable horse you will need to own one yourself, unless it's a vehicle build as horse.

There are a lot of places where you can ride a horse, because it's an attachment, you don't need to rezz something. Some landowners won't like horsebackriding in their sims, but lots will not mind at all you do it as long you don't bother other residents.
