Can´t add my PayPal account, it´s verified and has a bank account. Why?

Every time I try to add my PayPal account I got the following message "To use your PayPal account with Second Life, it must be verified with a bank account". I check my PayPal account and it´s verified with billing adress, credit card and bank account! But still, the same message appears...

you might need a back up credit card or bank card in ADDITION to your paypal acct ..... so try checking that...and yes contact billing....
