Is there a script or a way to pay lindens to a paypal account for charities?  Similar to the kiosks used for Relay for Life? I do not wish to create a avatar I want it to go directly to the charity as it does with the ACS scripts.

The charity can have an authorized person create an avatar to be paid.  But they will have to cash out the collected $Ls like everyone else..  There is no way to turn $Ls into RL money automatically.

I would prefer not to use an avatar. I wish to develop a kiosk where the money goes directly to the charity and can be seen transparent on a website similar to the Relay for Life Kiosks.

The Relay for Life kiosks use a central avatar, in exactly the same method Amethyst describes. Your wish, sadly, is not feasible within SL.

This approach does not prevent you from making the total public, using a bot automation script POSTing to an external site.
