when you tp you loose your connection to a sim and the other one has to take that place.

When your connection isn't optimal the gap between the two can be to large and your viewer can't establish a new connection in time.

That's what logs you off.

Somtimes it helps you restart your modem/router.

log off, shut down your pc, shut down the router/modem, let it stand powerless for about 10 secs, restart it, wait till it's stable again, than restart your machine and see what happens if you log on
