ok did you make your password case sensitive?  I know when i change passwords its INSTANT....it doesnt matter waht grid you are on...... some times often mistyping it over and over (and thinking you got it correct) is very frustrating...

try reseting your password AGAIN--- to something can remeber and WRITE IT DOWN....CORRECTLY....then after that try changing your password AGAIN to the desired one.

or your keyboard has some stuck keys so even if u type the password correctly....it adds extra characters or misses some..
