Problem with login to Aditi Grid after changing password.

Hello everyone. I have changed my password and now I have the login error: "Login failed, please check username and password". How much time I have to wait after changing password for my accounts were synchronized? It is already 96 hours and still does not work. Does someone have similar experience?

Try filing a support case using the Help/Support link at the upper right of the page.  If you're a Premium member, Live Chat may be able to help and should give a faster response.  Or try the "reset password" process again.

ok did you make your password case sensitive?  I know when i change passwords its INSTANT....it doesnt matter waht grid you are on...... some times often mistyping it over and over (and thinking you got it correct) is very frustrating...

try reseting your password AGAIN--- to something can remeber and WRITE IT DOWN....CORRECTLY....then after that try changing your password AGAIN to the desired one.

or your keyboard has some stuck keys so even if u type the password correctly....it adds extra characters or misses some..
