Stay cool in the heat of the summer on this beautifully green, low-lag serene sim.

Lark Ave is a green/mountain sim, each parcel has an ocean-front shoreline. Parcels are divided by medium-height mountains, providing you the ultimate in privacy for your home. The sim consists of 11 4096 lots, each with ocean and lake frontage, plus 2 2048 lots with either ocean or lake frontage.

Medium-height mountain ranges separate each lot; as a tenant you may select a privacy function that will keep others on the sim from seeing you when you are on your land. There is a center lake with a small island for the use of our tenants. You may enjoy the waterfall, picnic area or rez a canoe to paddle the lake.

2048 lots here cost L$750 per week. The purchase price of your land is your first week's tier; after that you may pay in increments as short as one day. This tier provides you with a premium prim count of 538 per 2048 lot. You may terraform your parcel, but do not lower the mountain ranges between lots unless you own the adjoining lot. You may run media and sound here as you wish; please restrict sounds to your own parcel.
