They are the only ones who can alter settings for you. Support will most likely ask for proof of your identity, it must be the same as you signed up. Sometimes it takes the system a few days to catch up with your new status. If that's not the case, or if the Maturity choices are still grayed out after a few more days, file a Support Case with Linden Lab. You might also get results by calling Billing at one of the numbers below.
