Cant change Maturity settings

why?... we don't know either

can be a bug in the system

can be you putted in wrong data while registering

can be ....

 

if you want a solution you have to send in a ticket to support. They are the only ones who can alter settings for you. Support will most likely ask for proof of your identity, it must be the same as you signed up.

If you have just turned 18 within the last day or two, be patient.  Sometimes it takes the system a few days to catch up with your new status.

If that's not the case, or if the Maturity choices are still grayed out after a few more days, file a Support Case with Linden Lab.  You might also get results by calling Billing at one of the numbers below.
