how do I go to a lesser level of play I mean not premium account ?

i want to go to the non preemiunm account  i am wanted a safer play how do i get rid of my house >?

Stand in your house, click World >>> About Land >>> General, and then Abandon Land.  Then follow the instructions here for downgrading your account to Basic.  Remember that your Premium account is prepaid, so even after you have told LL that you want to downgrade, you will remain a Premium member until the end of the period that you have already paid for.  That means you will still get the L$300/week stipend and you can still use the Premium sandboxes and Live Chat and all the other Premium benefits.
