"About Land" options are grayed out even though I'm a land group owner and Estate Manager

I'm an owner in a land group and estate manager but the "About Land" options are grayed out.

I've left and rejoined the group, relogged and have tried changing tags, but I'm not able to change anything in the "About Land" section...any help on what could be causing this?

My sim recently changed land groups.   I had no issues in the former land group with any setting

I think you also need to have Parcel manager rights. And to do that, you either need to be the land owner, or deed the land to a group, and have a role in that group that gives you those rights.  Then you should be able to change those options.
