My old account got put on hold and I would go on beta to look at things. But now I can't?

I can do it on my other account(which is also put on hold for some reason?), I know my password and I tried using other passwords too. I just like looking at my old account and I kinda miss being able to go look at it. Does anyone know why I can't go on it?

when your accounts are on hold you only can contact LL by a ticket or try calling them.

If your account is put on hold, you should have gotten an email outlining what your next steps are. May have ended up in your spam folder. You need to follow those.
