Firestorm is not ready for Viewer Managed Marketplace, although the Firestorm developers are working on it.

Right now you can use Linden Lab's beta viewer. See:

Things changed today. The VMM Viewer rolled out as the default viewer. You can go to the main download page and get 3.8.2.303891.
