Can´t go to the Marketplace if i am logg in.

Hello, i can´t  go to the Marketplace if i am logg in.

If i am not loggd in i can go to the Marcetplace and put thinks into the Basket but if i want to pay i must logg me in and nothing goes.

 

Pleas help i like to by some thinks !!

What's the exact problem¿ What happens when you are logged and click the link to the Marketplace site?

I, too, am having several issues with MP at the moment.  

I can suggest that when you go to MP log in before you put 'things' in your cart.   Keep trying!  Another thing I would do is clean the cookies on my browser.  Then relaunch your browser and try logging into MP.

It's not just you, quite a few people have reported this bug here on Answers in the past week or two. You should submit a ticked to Support and ask for help. If you have Premium membership, use Live Chat.

I agree with Nyll, this does seem to be a new bug, most people that have reported it also seem to have 2 accounts and one works ok when the other can not login to the Marketplace or even receive gifts from it.

As suggested submit a ticket.

Try this and tell me if it works for you, it does for me.

1) Make sure you are logged into this page.

2) From here go up to the Shopping Button and click on it.

3) When you get to the shopping page hold your mouse over the word shopping to get the drop down menu.

4) Click on the Marketplace. This should auto log you into the Marketplace. It is working for me.
