You will need to open a support ticket.  You will also need to be able to prove you are the person that started the account.

Of course, if you're trying to log in the LadyEugenia account, you already have the password.  You used it to log in here.  If you're lucky, it's also stored in your web browser, so you can find it there.  If you're on Firefiox, for example, you can get it from Tools >>> Options >>> Security >>> Saved Passwords
