Why can't I log into my acct?? I paid for prime membership have not been given a reason

Why can't I log on sl only able to log on to marketplace and this area I paid for prime membership was sl having web issues

Have you downloaded and installed a SL viewer?  Second Life is not a web-based service.  You need to enter with a viewer.  I suggest reading the Quick Start guide carefully >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Second-Life-Quickstart/ta-p/1087919   Also, be sure to check that your computer meets the recommended System Requirements and that you have a reliable Internet connection, preferably not wireless.
