Welcome to Second Life Answers, roddygomez.

You're in a Linden Home by the sound of it, and it sounds like you need to contact Live Chat. Look at the top of this screen, you will see "Help", click on that, which will take you to the next screen, where on the right hand side there is an option to "Contact Support" . From there choose the option for Live Chat (it is text chat, not voice).
