I was on literally moments before this happened, I was restarting the viewer because my avatar wasn't loading properly. I don't understand, I have never broken any rules.

Please don't worry, Dawn. That message doesn't mean you've been suspended or done anything at all wrong.  It simply is that the servers are taking a little longer than usual to fully complete the log out process.

In fact, you probably should be able to relog by now.
