Is anyone else unable to log in to the Second Life Help page?

I am having a crazy (and really bad) problem at the moment- if I am logged in to this site under my main account, and I try to go to the Second Life Help page, I get an error message saying "Support System is Down. The system encountered a problem processing your request."

If I am logged out, I am able to use the page, but only as a "Guest" where I have very limited options.

I am also able to use the page if I log in with one of my single name accounts ("Resident" accounts, like this one). But again, don't have access to any of the options I need to submit region support tickets.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior? All of my two-name accounts I've tried are seeing this problem, and I have an urgent support ticket I need to file, with no way to file it.

EDIT: Oh, I wasn't even able to log in to these forums with any of my two-name accounts; only my one-name accounts will work.

I don't know what is happening for you.  I clickrd the link and it opened right up with my 2 name account.
