are you sure they were delivered? as soon as you receive the object, would have gone to your recent inventory, so i wonder if you actually received it or not

check your transactions

reset filters, back to the time you bought it, a few hours back? last log out?

for what you said, I guess you didnt open the box yet, so even if you received it, should still be a box, so that would be a search reference, name of the shoe, check your transaction to get the right name, or colour,

good luck with that ;)

First, have you checked your transaction history on secondlife.com to make sure the transaction went through?  (Go to www.secondlife.com and log in then at your dashboard on the upper right go to Account>transaction history and make sure the dates include the date you purchased the shoes).  If the transaction is listed there then either write the information down or copy and paste it to a notecard in second life.   Write a polite note to the creator that the item is missing from your inventory, include all the transaction information and your avatar name, save the notecard as "missing "name of item" in inventory".  Then send the notecard to the creator and hope for the best.  Most reliable creators will re-send the item especially if it was non-transfer (transferrable items are a little trickier because they may worry that you have re-sold the item).  If the transaction is not listed there then something went wrong when you tried to buy the shoes and you should just re-purchase them.
