Hello,

I have created a box and I need it to send me a email to my personal email adress. Here are the sever setings you will need.

Incoming mail server: pop.mail.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.mail.com
Incoming server: 110 (unchanged)
Outgoing server: 587 (as suggested)

this also suports the MAPI settings aswell but i have never had to use them, And before you ask yes it is a real email server. I am still new to LSL so if anyone could help it be appriciated.

The command you are looking for is here:

You can specify the to: Email address as a string.

The other settings are not required.....

p.s. If you wanted to actually use your own SMTP Server for some reason, that is not going to happen. The Linden Lab communications model requires its own SMTP servers to be used for Identification purposes of all email correspondence that originates from Second Life.
