Submit a ticket for redelivery, sounds to me like you have made a good effort to get the creator to respond.

I would suggest waiting until 2 business days to file a ticket with LL... not everyone is available to work over the weekends and the may not respond during that time.

Actually, the Delivery-System can and does fail.

If you and the creator both see the item as delivered, you should submit a Ticket, and ask Linden for a redelivery.

 

Just to be sure check:

1) If you ignore the creator - you dont get the delivery then

2) your inventory - maybe it was delivered whilst you got some other note, and you clicked the note away.

(The Item might be boxed in your object folder, or might have been given to you in an own folder).
