Need Mainland Parcels for Rent Category

Please create a Mainland Parcels for Rent category of the Buy and Sell Land Forum.

i'd second that since there are some mainland estates out there and people might prefer it to private estates

Lexie has already acknowledged this, so I think we're getting it soon (plus removal of the estate parcels for rent category, since that really just duplicates estate parcels for sale).

Thanks for the info. Needless to say, the category to remove is Estate Parcels for Sale. One cannot buy an estate parcel, one can only lease/rent it. Either have

Estate Parcels for Rent or Estate Leaseholds for Sale

Now would be a good time to fix this longstanding terminology problem.

Personally, I think it's clear enough to label it as estate parcels for sale, as that matches all of the in-world terminoligy and what people are used to.  If you try to change it now, you're just going to introduce more confusion, not reduce it.

If you want to be pedantic about it, you really can't buy any land in SL, as it's all just rented from LL, then often sub-let to tenants (sometimes several times over).

Parcels for sale: Estate has been merged with Parcels for rent: Estate.  I hope this helps!
