items Bought from marketplace not delievered.

I bought several items from Sl market place. I havnt recieved all and i can show proof from my accoun that the items was payed for, also the lindens was taken from my account.  Any help on getting my things would be great, Thanks

You should contact the merchant and let him know that you didn't received the item.

Just in case, make sure you don't have the merchant muted, in which case, no matter his answer or that he redelivers the item, you might not see it.

It would appear from the problems that people have with the Marketplace that using the multi-buy feature causes most of them. In future it may be better to buy each item individually.

Check your accout records on the MP to make sure that it says ALL items have been delivered & if it does, do what has previously been suggested & contact the creator for redelivery.

As a last resort, you can submit a Ticket for redelivery, but you will find it far quicker to contact the creator first.

My apoligys i thought it was a comment to me and it baffled me,,,I cannot contact the merchants,,,all its telling me is it is Marketplace Linden,,,,,i bought a bunch of things in one day and i dont know who to go to for help, The lindens was taken from my account and i can give someone a notecard with all this proof but ive no idea who to send it to.

You can see the names of the merchants on your Marketplace transaction history.

When logged in, https://marketplace.secondlife.com/orders shows your order history, including proof that you paid — and if items haven't been delivered yet, you should see a status message under those specific items.

no way for me to know who the merchants are .

Yeah, that looks like Transaction History, not Marketplace Order History..

Use the link in Torley's post below (err.. above) or follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to Marketplace and click on My Marketplace at top right:

 

2. Click on My Account:

 

3. Click on Order History (on left):

 

4. This should bring you to a page showing all of your Marketplace transactions, which should look like this:

 

What you posted earlier looks like your LL Transaction History, which shows all L$ transactions (LindeX purchases, gifts, Marketplace, etc.)
