Problems saving pictures to disk

Whenever I click save to save a pictiure to disk the camera takes a new picture and it's this picture that's saved and not the one I originally took. I'm using the firestorm viewer 47.1,45325. Any have any idea how to overcome this problem?

1.  Open your snapshot window.

2.  Make sure that save to disk is selected.

3.  Click the Refresh icon to take a snapshot

4.  If you like it, click the Save As button.  Give it a unique filename.  Click OK to save it.

Future pictures during this session will be numbered in sequence, e.g., MyPic001, MyPic002, etc.
