I accidentally deleted my lost and found items

           I cant find my items that were in the lost and found and I really am worrying that I lost all of the items that were in there (I probably spent a good amount of linden on those items) Is there any way to recover the items ?

To delete things, you must move them to Trash (via "Delete") and then empty the Trash. If you did that both of those things, there's no way to recover the items. If you didn't do that, it's possible that your local inventory cache has been corrupted and everything is still in Lost and Found. Try the first of the Common Solutions on this page...

I clicked a option that said '' empty lost and found'' does that mean I deleted everything??

Before you panic, check your Trash folder. If they're not there, they're gone. 

Personally, I suggest not leaving items out on land that isn't yours. That way, nothing gets returned to your Lost and Found folder in the first place.

Unfortunately, that's the same as emptying the Trash. As far as I know, you can't recover what's been emptied.

I've calmed down and hopefully nothing super valuable was lost.

its simple 

things you delete ,whether in your inventory or out of it, goes to you you trassh file

Find it there then right click  and hit restore  and it will put it back where it was in the inventory

If  you dont  restore the item,  and you clear your trash,  its gone for good.
