Once a Premium membership is purchased, is there a time delay before L$ can be purchased?

Go to:

http://secondlife.com/

and log in.

On far left column click on "Account" > "Billing Information"

If your credit card information is on file, it will say "You have Credit Card billing information on file".

If you don't see that, this is the page where you can add your credit card billing information.  Or you can add PayPal if you wish.  Once LL has confirmed your billing information, and it shows on that "Billing Information" page, you can purchase Lindens ($L).

There is no connection between membership level & buying Lindens, even Basic (free) accounts can buy them.

There are limits to how many Lindens you can buy depending on age of account & activity, but you should still be able to buy "some" Lindens.

The possible problem could be whethere or not you are using an acceptable method of payment. This varies depending on whether or not you live in the US.
