unable to update credit card info?

Question

The last 2 weeks i have made several attempts to update my credit card info, and it never gets beyond the 'update pending' status.  When i try to update i am getting a message saying that ur payment was unable to be completed or something like that.  First i thought maybe it was just a glitch, so left it and tried again today, several times.  And it just wont work.  Any ideas why?  I use a prepaid card which operates like a visa card, and i have never had trouble like this before.  I looked at the grid status and it says there was an issue but this is resolved now.  My card only has a 2 month date, thats how the prepaid cards work, so im anxious to get it sorted fast before it expires.  I have tried with 2 different cards, and have gone to my account details on the card to make sure that all the details are correct.
