Why can't I enter skill gaming regions?...

I've read the prohibited countries/states and I do not live in any of them, I also have payment info...

If your ISP is in one of the prohibited territories, even if you connect from across the state line in a different jurisdiction, you may still be prohibited.  Also, if you are under age 18 in RL, you will not be allowed to enter a skills gaming region.  If you believe you meet all requirements for access, but are still unable to enter a Skill Gaming Region, please try resubmitting your current billing information and re-logging into Second Life as a first step toward troubleshooting.  If even that does not work, submit a support case.

The first question in that list is what you've just asked. You have payment information on file, so that's okay. That leaves the following potential explanations:

• You are not yet 20.
• Your IP address indicates that you're in a state that cannot participate. This may be true even if your physical address is in a legal state. There is no reliable way to determine physical location from IP address, so errors occur.
• There's a bug in the system!
