Hello! I recently bought a fully furnished house with photo frames...

How do I go about putting a photo in the frame? The walls say "put picture here" I am unsure of how to do this. I tried to drag some photos from my inventory but it doesnt allow me to do this.

 

If anyone knows how to do this please let me know :)
