Need answers ASAP

Hello everyone. I was wondering if any more experienced players could help me here - I'm signed up for a premium membership. I need to downgrade to basic free membership ASAP due to personal finance issues but when I tries it said something along the lines of "basic members cannot own land; please release your land before downgrading." I do not own any land. I contacted support but I don't know how long it usually takes them to reply as I'm pretty new here. Someone please help!! Ten dollars a month might not seem like that much but I'm having my own personal issues irl regarding money and need to fix this as soon as I can. Thanks everyone! :)

If you were told "basic members cannot own land; please release your land before downgrading: then either you:

1) Own a Linden Home;

2) Have joined a Group that owns land and have gifted a % of your Land Tier Level to that group;

3) Purchased a small mainland parcel.

Finding out which is pretty easy:

The following Link will show any mainland owned:

https://secondlife.com/my/account/land.php?lang=en-US

If this page displays something, click on the location link, let the map pop up and then TP to the parcel and abandon it.

Next, The following Link will show any group owning land that you donated to:

https://secondlife.com/my/account/groupland.php?lang=en-US

Look for a non zero (0) donation amount. If you find one then in-world, leave this group. Afterwards go to this page link

https://secondlife.com/my/account/landfees.php?lang=en-US

and set your Update Tier to Zero 0.00 usd/mo and  Save Changes

Now you can change to a basic membership.

The following Link will show any mainland owned:

Basically go to your Linden Home, use the World / About Land drop down menu option in your Linden Home since it's all but impossible to click on a Linden Home ground location. Select the Abandon Land option on the pop up dialog.
