Hi Tor,

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want to disable broadcasting of the "LookAt" target from your viewer, so that other's don't see your target crosshair in their view (if they have that enabled)? If so, that's not directly available in the official SL viewer, but can be found in Firestorm Viewer (and probably other third party viewers) Preferences. Here's where to find it in Firestorm's Preferences->Privacy tab...

In the offical SL viewer, Develop(Ctrl-Alt-Q if you don't see that menu)->Avatar->Show Look At/Show Point At will control display of crosshairs in your own viewer.

You'll have to take a more indirect route to suppress transmission of focus information to SL, and that's done by editing the file "attentions.xml" as described in the following page...

The bottom of that page links to more information about "Show Point At"

Good luck!

What crosshairs?  The crosshairs that are for showing what you are looking at are normally OFF by default.  If you turned them ON somehow, you can turn them off again by opening your Develop Menu (CTRL+Alt + Q)  [You may have to open the Advanced Menu first if you don't already have it active (CTRL + Alt + D) ] and then UNcheck both Show Look At and Show Point At on the Avatar submenu.
