Click the HELP tab up on this page header and that will take you to support page, in a panel on the right will be either Consierge support options or premium ones, depending on your account.

Live chat and submit new case are in those lists.

When I click on the Help tab it takes me to the Help page.

On the right hand side of the page, I see selection box for support.

These are the selections I see Premium Support
Account Summary
Support History
Billing Issues
Contact Support
