Marketplace Transaction

Called support as per my other inquiry (Listed here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Shopping/Why-is-my-PayPal-transaction-still-pending/qaq-p/740251 ).  Was unable to get the issue resolved over the phone, I was told to try and get hold of someone dealing in "Marketplace Transactions", but perhaps I'm not quite sure where exactly that needs to go.  I was told to give the two related PayPal transaction IDs which are: [Edited them out]

They must mean to go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ & select Marketplace > Linden$ Issue
