does anyone know how to get your edit box back on your screen?

ive lost my edit box----and i have done this more than once---its usually under the bottom tool bar of my screen and i know how to erase that tool bar to look under it---at least the top part of the tool bar----but---its not there---i have relogged so many times and its still not showing up ---can anyone help me ?  :)  ty :)

You'll want to reset floater_pos_build_x and floater_pos_build_y.
