vierasidarov
Is it possible for owners of a group to be able to tell whether or not you have their group chat open?
LlewLlwyd
WHY don't you ask this straightforward question over in the ANSWERS section? ***This is the General Discussions forum, where we discuss things, not give yes/no answers***
Heart Brimmer
Wow! It's the forum police!
LlewLlwyd
STOP encouraging her, Heart! ***Actually, you may have turned the thread into a discussion, so carry on***
eyeye Afterthought
(I ain't political, I don't know what Llllew is on about) I think it depends what viewer the group owner is on. Like with anyone else, if you use certain viewers, you can see who has the group chat window open, even if they aren't speaking. There's no law against listening in to group chat, any more than there's a law against listening to radio DJs prattling on into the ether.
Bobbie Faulds
Most of the viewers, including the standard SL viewer, have the ability for you to see a list of who's in the chatroom. You can also go to the group info and see who is online as well.
