why can't I login to marketplace ? when I can log on to everything else and use SL

Every Resident should be able to log in to Marketplace no matter what maturity level. Someone else recently had the same problem as you. I would suggest you submit a ticket to Support through the Help Menu. You can use General Marketplace Issues.

but, i got the same trouble  with JIRA  some months ago,  So, i changed my password, and it  worked good every where.

I agree with Nyll, you are in fact the 3rd person this week, you could try LiveChat if you are premium but they will likely say submit a ticket anyway.
