Support Tickets for Basic Accounts

I have a basic account. Since the introduction of the new community platform, there seems to be no option anymore in the Help Section of the Dashboard to submit a Support Ticket. Is it still possible and how?

1. Go to your Dashboard (secondlife.com) and login.
2. Click Help.
3. Click Contact Support.
4. Click Submit a Support Case form.

I got the same problem, and using the Support Case form are no solution, because it don´t have any cathegory that fit my problem.

The Support Case form are very general in it´s alternatives and don´t give us Basic members any opurtunity to send in a specific question.

@ Kia, thats because LL does not want to give you any suppport if you are on a free account.

Egregi,

avevo le mie tre scatole per i prodotti del mio mercato di xstreet nella land Charhan Schnyder, AmericaMura, Americamura (139, 182, 27).

Ora quando voglio andare nella land mi dice che non esiste, infatti non la trovo più nella mappa.

Però le mie tre scatole del mercato non mi sono tornate indietro e i miei prodotti nel mercato di xstreet sono disattivi.

Come faccio a ritornare in possesso delle mie scatole e riattivare i miei 409 prodotti?

Aiutatemi per favore.
