Marianne Little Posted February 27, 2015 Share Posted February 27, 2015 Yes, it is "After the rain, sparkle" but I think it's in the subscriber. After the Hair Fair, it was sent out as a gift. Try to join the subscriber and then click it again and choose "History". This hair was sent out in August 2014, but the Exile owner is a nice guy and let the gifts sit in the subscriber very long.
