how can i put second life on windows 8

my kind of windows that i have is window 8 & i  can't get onto second life at all what do i need to do to get to be able to get on second life someone please help me.

Your Second Life viewer will work just fine in a Windows 8 operating system.  Just download and install a viewer from https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/?lang=en-US .. Be sure to click the big yellow box that says "Download the SL Viewer on Windows", not the much smaller links for downloading a Mac or Unix version.

If you have done that, all you have to do is find the Second Life icon on your desktop and click it to launch the viewer, the same way you start any program on your desktop.

If that's not working for you, we will need to know a lot more before we can help.  What specific kind of computer do you have?  What error messages do you get -- exactly? What is the last thing that you see on your screen before nothing else happens?

BTW, unless you are having trouble reading things on your screen, I suggest making your type much smaller.  Big type is often interpreted as shouting, which people consider rude.
